MEET THE NURTURED TEAM
McKenzie Ramirez Harris, RDN, LDN, CEDS
Owner, Registered Dietitian, & Certified Eating Disorder Specialist
Facing healthcare decisions, whether for yourself or a loved one, can be a challenging journey, and I truly understand the vulnerability it brings. As you choose the support team for your dietary journey, it is important to explore the different personalities, specialties, and counseling styles of various clinicians. So allow me to share a snapshot of who I am – the person ready to sit across the couch and support you wholeheartedly.
In a nutshell, as a dietitian and person, I am all about my family, my sidekick Millie (the dog), staying active, doing some meaningful work, and of course, savoring tasty food while enjoying all of the good that life has to offer! My style of nutrition counseling is extremely person-centered and I will always enter any conversation through an empathetic and relatable place with firm (but loving) boundaries.
It would be an honor to get to know you and walk this journey with you as a trusted member of your treatment team. If you would like to learn more about my style as a dietitian, please reach out for a FREE Discovery Call today! 🌟
In a nutshell.

Kenady Smith
Texas A&M - Social Media Contributor
Kenady is currently a junior at Texas A&M University, where she plans to complete her Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics to pursue her dream of becoming a Registered Dietitian. For as long as she can remember, dietetics has always been a significant interest of hers, and she is particularly interested in how nutrition and specific foods can enhance an individual's mental health, physical health, and overall well-being.
Kenady's long-term professional goal is to eventually work with individuals who struggle with eating disorders, providing them with the knowledge and comfort they need to succeed in their journey to recovery. Kenady is passionate about debunking common misconceptions about nutrition and intense dieting, as well as guiding the public toward a better relationship with food and healthier eating habits by emphasizing the significance of intuitive and mindful eating.
She loves listening to health and wellness podcasts, grocery shopping (she could spend hours in a grocery store), spending quality time with friends and family, and is always searching for new and exciting ways to be active in her free time. Eating delicious food is a terrific way to connect with others and should be the most enjoyable part of everyone's day, and Kenady is excited to collaborate with such talented dietitians to help improve everyone's mindset about food and promote guilt-free eating!
